Open LORIXA → Settings → Account → Delete account. For security, a recent sign-in may be required before deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email yallanahki.support@gmail.com with the subject LORIXA Account Deletion Request. Use the email address linked to your account when possible so ownership can be verified. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Deleting your LORIXA account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play: open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LORIXA → Cancel subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
After verification, account/profile data, friend-chat conversations/messages and related chat media are removed and the sign-in account is deleted. Limited payment, fraud-prevention, safety, or legally required records may be retained only where necessary.
