You must be at least 18 years old to use LORIXA.
Harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, impersonation, blackmail, illegal content, and unsafe conduct are prohibited. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming of minors, or sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited.
Users must accept these Terms and the Community & Child Safety Standards before using communication or content-sharing features. LORIXA provides reporting and blocking tools and may restrict or suspend accounts and remove content when appropriate.
Digital purchases and subscriptions in the Google Play-distributed Android app are processed through Google Play. Subscription renewal and cancellation are managed through the user's Google Play account.
You are responsible for content that you send, upload, share, or communicate through LORIXA. You must have the right to share that content and must not use LORIXA to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, safety, or other legal rights.
You retain ownership of content that you create. By sending or uploading content through LORIXA, you give LORIXA the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and moderate that content solely as needed to provide, protect, and enforce the service.
LORIXA may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse or safety reports, comply with law, or protect the service from fraud or misuse.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and available products are shown through Google Play before purchase. Subscription cancellation is managed through the user's Google Play account. Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law. Deleting a LORIXA account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
LORIXA may update, improve, temporarily interrupt, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that a matching partner, friend, call connection, or particular feature will always be available. Network, device, third-party service, or maintenance conditions may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LORIXA is provided on an "as available" basis. LORIXA is not responsible for the statements, conduct, or content of other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or safety rules change. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Where appropriate, users may be required to accept an updated version before continuing to use communication features.
